Now choose a color and/or size and click “Add to Bag”. Of course, you can continue shopping at any time and return to your cart via the cart icon at the top right. Please note: Items in your cart are not reserved.

Ready to check out? Then it’s time to complete your order. Click the cart icon at the top right to view your Allureva Lingerie items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the “Checkout” button. You will be directed to the checkout page where you can enter all your details at once.

⚠️ Please note: Once you complete your order, it cannot be changed, as it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Allureva Lingerie covers the shipping costs. This means you do not pay any shipping fees.

However, for returning an item, you will need to cover the shipping costs including tracking (Track & Trace).

Can I track my package?

Yes, all our items are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. You will receive a link by email once your order has been shipped.

Please note it may take some time for the tracking status to appear.

No Shipping Costs

When placing an order, you pay no shipping fees. We want to make ordering your favorite lingerie online as easy and affordable as possible.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for worldwide shipments is between 1 and 15 business days, with a processing time of 1–3 business days.

Track Your Package Online

We want to keep you informed. That’s why you can track your order online as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means the ability to correct an incorrect address is limited. Please contact us immediately if you believe you entered an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please report it immediately. After 14 days from the given delivery date, DHL will investigate the incident and keep you updated during the investigation.
