Do You Want to Exchange or Return Your Purchase from Allureva Lingerie?

We’re happy to help! Exchanges or returns are possible up to 14 days after the delivery date.

An exchange or return can be done quickly and easily by following these steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@allureva-lingerie.com.
    You will then receive return instructions from us.

  2. You will receive a return form from us. Please fill it out as clearly as possible and include it in your return package.

  3. Return your package within 30 days of receiving it using a courier of your choice.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. Our Returns Department will keep you updated via email.

– Is the return free of charge?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the courier service and the country from which you are returning the items.

– What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Additionally, items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded and are eligible for exchange only for store credit.

Shipping costs for all orders are non-refundable.

– How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate during the return registration that you want to exchange a product, we will start processing immediately. This ensures your exchange is completed within a few days.

– What happens if the desired exchange item is no longer available?
Please contact our Customer Service. We will inform you when we expect the product to be back in stock. If you have already returned the item and it is sold out, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

– Where can I find my order number for return registration?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

– What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, products can sometimes get damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Please send an email to info@allureva-lingerie.com with a photo of the issue. Our Customer Service will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

– What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please ensure that you register your return within the 14-day return period. If this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for another item or store credit. Please contact our Customer Service for available options.

⚠️ Please note: Items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are also non-refundable; they typically range from €5–€15 and are deducted from the total order amount.

– How long does a refund take?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track when the package arrives using the Track & Trace code. The 10 business days begin from the date we receive the package. After the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
